Summer Well Checks
Summer Well Care Season is quickly approaching. We encourage you to call to schedule your childs appointment as soon as possible. Many of our providers' schedules fill a few months into the future and to ensure that you may be seen by the provider of your choice, please call soon so that we may accomodate you. Be aware that there are new requirements for immunizations in the surrounding school districts and we will address those at this well care appointment.
