Jill Riffel MD, FAAP
Jill Riffel, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatrician who is dedicated to building relationships with patients and their families. She joined Johnson County Pediatrics in December of 2011 after several years of practice in the Kansas City area.
Dr. Riffel grew up in Manhattan, KS and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from Kansas State University. She received her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2005. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Kansas, where she also served as Chief Resident (2007-2008).
Dr. Riffel is devoted to caring for children and values the opportunity to support their growth and development from infancy through young adulthood. Her goal is to create an environment where families feel comfortable asking questions and can actively participate in their child’s healthcare.
Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Riffel enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, walking her goldendoodle, cheering on her daughters at their sporting events, traveling and watching K-State sports.
Dr. Riffel sees patients by appointment on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and in walk-in clinic.
